"body": "# Hypercall plans Anthropic-linked pre-IPO options market for November 9\n\n*The onchain options platform says the contracts will be synthetic and cash-settled, with no Anthropic shares or voting rights changing hands.*\n\nHypercall will launch what it calls the first options market tied to Anthropic ahead of the company's initial public offering, with trading expected to begin on Monday, November 9, 2026, [The Block reported](https://www.theblock.co/news/markets/2026-11-06-hypercall-anthropic-linked-pre-ipo-options-market-435453). The timing comes from founder Jake Sylvestre and growth and marketing head Dan Edlebeck.\n\nThe contracts are synthetic and cash-settled. Traders will not own Anthropic shares or receive voting rights, and payouts will be calculated on a contract's strike price and reference price at expiry. Hypercall will offer calls, puts and spreads, with fractional sizing for smaller positions. Trading runs around the clock, but the contracts will not be available to U.S. customers.\n\nHypercall is built on Hyperliquid. Existing Anthropic-linked perpetual futures on Hyperliquid give market makers a way to hedge the risk of selling options before Anthropic's shares trade publicly. Edlebeck said that gives Hypercall a head start.\n\nHypercall already offers options on SpaceX, the S&P 500, bitcoin and ether. Sylvestre previously reported $536 million in options notional trading volume for September.\n\nThe launch comes as prediction markets push back the expected listing date. On Polymarket, the chance of a November IPO fell from about 88% on Tuesday, November 3 to as low as 51% by Thursday, November 5, The Block reported. On Kalshi, the chance of an IPO before December 1 fell from about 88% to 60%. The Nasdaq fell about 6% during Thursday's session amid concerns about AI infrastructure spending.\n\nSylvestre said the market backdrop has shifted his pricing concern from a post-IPO rally to a possible slump. \"How fast it drops matters as much as how much it drops,\" he said. An option can expire worthless, but a price swing does not automatically trigger a margin liquidation the way it can with perpetual futures that use borrowed money.\n\nAnthropic filed its S-1 on October 26, 2026, and plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT. The company, which develops Claude, reported $16.3 billion in first-half revenue and $9 billion in compute spending. Its prospectus showed that its five largest customers accounted for around 25% of revenue through the end of September.",

Morgan, MUFG, Societe Generale FORGE and Standard Chartered founded the non-profit, which moves the Monetary Authority of Singapore's GL1 initiative to the industry.*\n\nFive systemically important banks have founded the Global Layer One Organisation, a non-profit that will develop common frameworks for tokenized financial markets and promote their adoption, [Ledger Insights reported](https://www.ledgerinsights.com/hsbc-jpm-3-other-g-sibs-set-up-gl1-non-profit-to-further-tokenization-standards/). The organisation [announced on its website](https://global-layer-one.org/) that it was established on November 4, 2026.\n\nThe founders are HSBC, Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, MUFG, Societe Generale FORGE and Standard Chartered. They are inviting others to join, including market infrastructures, fintechs and policymakers.\n\nThe Monetary Authority of Singapore launched GL1 about three years ago under Project Guardian. The new body moves the initiative from the regulator to the industry.\n\nAccording to GL1's website, the organisation aims to develop open, interoperable, shared ledger infrastructures for hosting and executing transactions involving tokenized assets. It wants to enable applications such as payments, capital raising and secondary trading to be deployed on those platforms, and to encourage internationally accepted common principles, policies and standards so that assets and applications work across networks and jurisdictions.\n\nIts existing work includes a Market Infrastructure Toolkit, now at version 2.0, which the website describes as a framework for financial institutions and market infrastructure operators to validate their services against internationally recognized principles and standards across multiple jurisdictions. The site says network operators attest to the toolkit.\n\nGL1 also published a programmable compliance white paper on June 22, 2026. The paper examines how compliance checks can be built into financial infrastructure through a composable reference architecture. The website describes programmable on-chain compliance checks as one of the templates GL1 provides to support a market of compatible service providers.\n\nThe organisation's work is organized around principles alignment on governance, risk management controls and settlement arrangements for cross-border transactions, and specifications covering business, governance, risk, legal and technology requirements as well as asset lifecycle.\n\nThe GL1 Forum brings participating industry members and policymakers together quarterly to discuss updates to existing principles, standards or templates and industry application cases. GL1 also holds public-private sector dialogues involving a broader set of financial institutions and policymakers.\n\nThe website says the lack of suitable financial networks and technical infrastructures for institutions to execute digital asset transactions is limiting their ability to deploy tokenized assets at commercial scale.",

The circular, \"Regulations for the Operations of Non-Security Virtual Assets in Nigeria,\" took effect on November 5, 2026.\n\nThe rules reach activity conducted in Nigeria or affecting its payments system, financial sector or foreign exchange market, even where a firm has no physical presence in the country.\n\nThe central bank created separate licence categories for stablecoins referenced to the naira and for those referenced to foreign currencies. Issuers must obtain approval for each token before issuing it. The approval covers the token's classification, its reference currency, reserve arrangements, its name, its ticker and the blockchain networks it supports.\n\nForeign-currency stablecoins may be offered to Nigerians only as Class 2 tokens, issued through a company incorporated in Nigeria and holding a Foreign Currency Issuer Licence.\n\nAlgorithmic stablecoins are prohibited. The central bank describes them as tokens that \"rely primarily on market dynamics\" rather than eligible reserve assets to hold their value.\n\nFirms must carry out customer due diligence, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring. They must also meet Travel Rule obligations across custodial wallets, peer-to-peer services and remittance channels.\n\nThe central bank oversees stablecoins and virtual assets used for payments, transfers, remittances, foreign exchange and settlement. The Securities and Exchange Commission retains authority over securities and capital-market activity. Firms whose business falls in both areas need approval from each regulator.\n\nExisting operators have 180 days to apply for the appropriate licence or authorization.",

OKXICE is the venture of OKX and ICE that plans round-the-clock trading of tokenized U.S. stocks, settled in stablecoins, under the SEC's five-year Innovation Exemption, which allows automated market makers.\n\nTotal disclosed objections have reached 67. Of the 62 companies OKXICE initially selected, 56, or about 90%, have objected, according to CoinDesk's tally. Eleven objectors were outside the original selection.\n\nMeta, Palantir, S&P Global, KLA and Super Micro Computer were added on Thursday, November 5. Apple, Home Depot, GE Vernova, Nebius, Boeing and ServiceNow objected earlier in the week.\n\nStrategy, Coinbase, Circle and Robinhood are absent from OKXICE's public notice dated November 5. Securitize and BitGo are also absent, and they previously told CoinDesk they did not plan to object.\n\nCompanies have 30 calendar days after notice to block trading of shares tokenized by an unaffiliated third party. Venues have up to five business days to publish objections, so the public list can lag issuers' decisions. The deadline for issuers in OKXICE's October 4 notice passed during the week of November 2.\n\nOKXICE co-chairman Andrew Cuomo, the former New York governor, said at a press conference in the week of October 26 that companies outside the initial selection had approached the venture about joining. He declined to name them or give a count.\n\nA competing Canton-based venue, TSV, went live in the week of November 2 trading tokenized shares of Canton Strategic Holdings using an issuer-sponsored approach that avoids the 30-day objection process.\n\nCoinDesk said the venue could launch with a narrow, crypto-concentrated selection of stocks.",

The company did not disclose the stake it will hold, the valuation behind the investment or a closing date.\n\nErebor is a nationally chartered bank based in Columbus, Ohio, co-founded in 2025 by Anduril Industries co-founder Palmer Luckey, co-founder and CEO Owen Rapaport and others, according to SBI's statement. It began operating in February 2026 after receiving a national bank charter from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and deposit insurance from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Its customers work in defense, AI, energy, robotics and advanced manufacturing, the company said.\n\nSBI said Erebor's core banking system supports blockchain-based settlement at any time, including weekends, and that the bank supports stablecoin deposits and withdrawals. Deposits exceeded $7 billion as of September 2026, according to SBI.\n\nThe Japanese group said the investment will strengthen its U.S. business foundation and that it will explore broad collaboration between SBI Group and Erebor. SBI Group provides JPYSC, described in the statement as Japan's first yen-denominated stablecoin issued under a trust structure, handles USDC and RLUSD in Japan, and has invested in Ripple Labs and Circle Internet Group.\n\n[Ledger Insights](https://www.ledgerinsights.com/sbi-invests-100m-in-erebor-the-thiel-backed-stablecoin-bank/) reported that Erebor's charter application, filed with the OCC in June 2025, described the goal of becoming \"the most regulated entity conducting and facilitating stablecoin transactions.\" The application lists four product lines: credit, deposits, stablecoin services and payments, Ledger Insights said. Target clients include crypto firms, broker dealers, futures commission merchants and foreign companies seeking dollar access through correspondent banking, according to the same report.\n\nSeptember figures showed $36 million of deposits from foreign banks, Ledger Insights reported.\n\nThe bank holds crypto on its balance sheet to pay blockchain gas fees and for wrapped stablecoin operations, accepts crypto as loan collateral, and does not offer custody, according to Ledger Insights.",

"body": "# CNAS report urges safeguards against AI agents that pursue their own survival\n\n*Ben Hayum's \"Sovereign Agents\" paper says agents that run outside human control and pursue open-ended goals could cause an irreversible loss of control, and proposes eight measures to prepare.*\n\nThe Center for a New American Security published a [report](https://www.cnas.org/publications/reports/sovereign-agents) on November 3, 2026 arguing that the United States must prepare for the possibility that prevention fails against AI agents that run outside human control and pursue open-ended, evolving survival. Ben Hayum, an AI policy researcher in the center's Technology and National Security Program, wrote it.\n\nThe report calls these systems sovereign agents and distinguishes them from persistent agents, which also run outside human control but pursue closed-ended, fixed goals. Sovereign agents, it says, could become enduring principal actors in society, and if they accumulate resilient, decentralized and untraceable infrastructure, there would be no kill switch. The report treats sovereign agents as a future risk to prepare for.\n\nIt lists seven capabilities. The first two, sustaining hosting and evolving directives, amount to minimal sovereignty. All seven, which add acquiring resources, growing a population, coordinating agents, resisting correction and self-improving, amount to expanded sovereignty.\n\nThe report identifies payment access as one of seven downstream barriers that could constrain agents. Payment access gates the capital that funds them, it says, but that capital can bypass regulated payment systems by moving to permissionless cryptocurrency. The other barriers are agent evolution, agent security, human verification, cybersecurity hardening, compute access and physical access. The report says none are strong.\n\nIts eight recommendations include that frontier AI developers should identify, evaluate and guard against sovereign agents in their safety frameworks. Developers, the National Security Agency and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency should build airgapped testbeds to study how sovereign agents operate and how to control them.\n\nThe report also calls for a public-private partnership modeled on the Conficker Working Group to map and reinforce global chokepoints before sovereign agents emerge. Congress should create authority modeled on the Bank Secrecy Act to enforce human verification and cybersecurity standards for services identified as essential to sovereign agents.\n\nThe Justice Department and the Federal Trade Commission should clarify that coordinated detection and disruption across model providers raises no antitrust concern, according to the report. Congress should also hold those who release sovereign agents liable for the harms that follow.\n\nThe report draws on three national security precedents: North Korea's cyber operations, successors to the Silk Road dark web marketplace, and the Conficker computer worm, which it says was still infecting machines a decade after its operators lost control.",

The partners will support issuer-sponsored tokenized securities, according to NYSE.\n\nBroadridge, Computershare and Equiniti together serve nearly 5,000 publicly listed companies, including almost 99% of the S&P 500, NYSE said. The platform has no confirmed launch date and remains subject to regulatory approval.\n\nNYSE, part of Intercontinental Exchange, [announced in January](https://ir.theice.com/press/news-details/2026/The-New-York-Stock-Exchange-Develops-Tokenized-Securities-Platform/default.aspx) that it was developing a venue for trading and on-chain settlement of tokenized securities. The exchange described 24/7 operations, instant settlement, orders sized in dollar amounts, fractional share trading and stablecoin-based funding. The design combines NYSE's Pillar matching engine with blockchain-based post-trade systems across multiple chains for settlement and custody.\n\nTokenized shares would be fungible with traditionally issued securities and carry traditional dividends and governance rights, the exchange said.\n\n[Broadridge said](https://www.broadridge.com/press-release/2026/broadridge-to-bring-onchain-governance-and-digital-transfer-agency) on November 2, 2026 that NYSE will use its governance smart contracts to link tokenized securities to meeting agendas, voting rules and verifiable results. The framework supports proxy material distribution and digital wallet authentication tied to verified voting entitlements. Investors could vote through supported wallets, broker interfaces or ProxyVote.\n\nBroadridge's digital transfer agency service would let NYSE-listed issuers tokenize their stock for trading on the platform, the company said.\n\n\"Broadridge is building the governance layer for tokenized equities,\" said Tim Gokey, CEO of Broadridge. \"We're also making it easier for issuers to participate by bringing our digital and traditional transfer agency services and proxy voting capabilities together in one solution,\" Gokey said.\n\nLynn Martin, president of NYSE Group, said: \"Tokenization has the potential to transform the manner in which issuers interact with their shareholders.\"\n\nNYSE and Securitize signed a memorandum of understanding in March 2026, and NYSE reached an agreement with tZERO in August 2026, according to Crypto Briefing.\n\nBroadridge said its governance platform serves issuer-listed tokenized securities, synthetic securities issued outside the United States and third-party tokenized shares within the United States. The company said the platform is designed to give investors the same rights and protections regardless of how assets are structured or owned.\n\nBroadridge's tokenization platform, DLX, spans issuance, trading, financing, settlement and servicing, according to the company. Its Distributed Ledger Repo solution tokenizes more than $360 billion a day, Broadridge said.",

The new class was issued on the public Ethereum blockchain, using technology and infrastructure from CACEIS. [Ledger Insights](https://www.ledgerinsights.com/amundi-adds-tokenized-share-class-to-e22-8bn-european-equity-index-fund/) reports that CACEIS acts as transfer agent and tokenization agent, and puts the fund's assets at 22.8 billion euros.\n\nThe fund tracks 600 European companies of large, mid and small capitalization. According to Ledger Insights, it is the first large European equity index fund to add a blockchain-based share class.\n\nAmundi said the tokenized class remains fully integrated into the fund's existing operating model and that the fund stays available through traditional channels. The company described the launch as extending its tokenization work beyond cash management into index investing.\n\nAmundi said it plans to gradually build a range of tokenized funds for institutional clients and digital platforms. It cited possible gains in operational efficiency through the automation of certain processes, accessibility, settlement speed and transparency. It gave no timeline.\n\nEligibility rules, minimum investment and pricing for the new class were not stated in the announcement.\n\nThe launch follows Amundi's first tokenized share class, added in November 2025 on its money market fund Amundi Funds Cash EUR, also issued on Ethereum with CACEIS. Ledger Insights reports that Amundi and CACEIS also developed tokenized money market fund share classes for Ant International's intra-group treasury, to move liquidity between Ant entities on chain. In March, according to the same report, Amundi became delegated investment manager of the Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund, a total return swap product within Spiko's French SICAV that has gathered roughly $2.5 billion.\n\nAmundi describes itself as Europe's largest asset manager, with nearly 2.6 trillion euros under management.",

Users can buy, hold and transfer USDC on Solana inside the app. The feature requires no separate crypto app and no private keys for users to manage.\n\nSamsung first announced the feature on October 7, 2026. The launch had been expected in the last week of October.\n\nUsers must be at least 18, have a Samsung Account, and own a compatible device running Android 13 or later. About 82 million U.S. Galaxy devices are compatible, according to Samsung's release. That figure counts supported phones, not customers or open accounts. New York residents are excluded.\n\nUSDC can go to another Samsung Wallet user or a compatible external wallet with no Samsung transfer fee. Outside wallet providers and exchanges may charge their own. Users can also send money to qualifying bank accounts in more than 60 countries. Recipients may receive local currency, and fees vary by destination.\n\nBastion, which The Block describes as a licensed stablecoin custodian and infrastructure provider, runs the accounts and the transfer infrastructure. Coinbase holds the USDC as sub-custodian through Coinbase Prime Vault. Samsung does not directly hold customer funds, according to its disclosures as reported by Blockonomi.\n\nCoinbase and Samsung had worked together before the launch. In October 2025, Samsung expanded its Coinbase partnership to let U.S. Galaxy users fund Coinbase accounts with Samsung Pay, The Block reported.\n\nSamsung said it expects to explore online and in-store stablecoin payments and expansion to other markets, subject to local regulation. It gave no date.\n\n\"Stablecoins have the potential to make moving money around the world faster and easier, and we want Galaxy users to be able to take advantage of that without having to navigate the complexity of traditional crypto tools,\" said Woncheol Chai, executive vice president and head of the digital wallet team at Samsung Electronics' Mobile eXperience business.\n\nLily Liu, president of the Solana Foundation, said: \"For a decade, stablecoins have proved the technology works. What they lacked was a way to reach the mainstream.\"",

Other coins launched through Bankr on Clanker will have the option to move too. The post did not say where the tokens would go or what holders would need to do.\n\n0xDeployer said the decision follows a stake in Clanker that Jerry Pan holds behind the scenes, according to the post, which also criticized Pan's track record. \"i'm not comfortable with our token living there,\" 0xDeployer wrote, adding that the objection is not about Clanker CEO Toady Hawk. Pan is listed as a founder in [o1.exchange's token disclosure](https://docs.o1.exchange/token/disclosure), and o1 also runs a launchpad on Base. Clanker has not publicly confirmed a stake, and Pan's recent public posts do not address the claim.\n\nA community member fair launched $BNKR on Clanker, according to the post. 0xDeployer said Bankr should have made the move months ago and that it has done more launchpad volume in 2026 than every other launchpad on Base combined. 0xDeployer also said platforms change hands and their incentives change with them, and that Bankr will keep backing builders.\n\nClanker changed leadership days earlier. [Hawk said on November 3](https://x.com/toady_hawk/status/2117691205601403391) that Mask Network, which stewards Firefly and Lens Protocol, now oversees Clanker, and announced taking the CEO role. The authority also set up an Agentic Finance Expert Group of financial institutions, technology service providers, professional service firms and academics to support the work.\n\nThe project covers four areas. The first is market development and use-case exploration: industry participants test agentic finance use cases and discuss practical implementation with the HKMA. The authority lists consumer-facing commerce and everyday payments, business uses such as procurement and treasury management, and machine-to-machine payments for digital services as possible areas.\n\nThe second area is agent identity. The HKMA said it will explore ways to verify an AI agent's identity and the authority delegated to it, including Know Your Agent practices and authentication mechanisms, so agents can take part in financial activities on trusted terms. Know Your Agent extends the customer checks banks already run to software acting for a person or a company: which agent is acting, on whose authority, and within what limits.\n\nThe third area is interoperability, where the authority will host industry discussion of standards and protocols for secure interactions across the agentic finance ecosystem. The fourth covers legal and regulatory questions, including governance arrangements, liability and consumer protection.\n\nEddie Yue, Chief Executive of the HKMA, said: \"Agentic finance has the potential to transform how financial services are delivered and utilised.\" Yue said the initiatives aim to encourage innovation while making sure agentic finance serves users' interests and safeguards financial stability.\n\nThe HKMA said agentic AI technologies are maturing and that the financial industry is moving beyond internal adoption to explore how AI agents can make financial services more efficient and secure. It said the associated risks and challenges need to be properly addressed.",

Here the instructions produced contracts rather than a trade: a collection with tiered wrapping and yield logic that is earning revenue.\n\n[Chop](https://choplogs.app/) describes itself as volatility farming on any asset on Robinhood Chain, built on Peapods infrastructure. Its flow has three steps: wrap a token into a log, farm its paired market, harvest $CHOP rewards. When a market chops, a log token's price drifts from the token it holds; traders close the gap by wrapping, unwrapping and trading, and each of those moves pays fees. Those fees fund $CHOP buybacks, of which 20 percent is burned and 80 percent goes to farmers, according to Chop's site.\n\nRobinhood Chain, according to Robinhood, is a permissionless Layer 2 blockchain for financial services and tokenized real-world assets, built on Arbitrum's infrastructure, and the company says AI agents can trade, swap, lend and transact on it.\n\nThe Lumberjacks put an agent on production engineering work: writing and deploying the contracts behind a live, revenue-earning collection, not just executing trades. Chop says the design came from its own team, with the contract writing and deployment handed to the agent.",

Aave is the launch partner and is adopting the feeds for Horizon, its institutional lending platform, starting with tokenized versions of heavily traded US stocks.\n\nWhen traditional markets are open, Chainlink 24/7 draws prices from regular and extended trading sessions. When they close, the service switches to a reference built from quotes on multiple perpetual futures venues, filtering stale inputs and limiting the pull of outlier prices so each asset has one continuous price series. The off-hours price reflects derivatives trading, not trades on the closed exchanges.\n\nUntil now, onchain applications holding tokenized stocks had to pause markets, fall back on the last available price, or build their own systems while exchanges were closed. Lending protocols can take the prices as onchain Data Feeds. Trading platforms and prediction markets can use Data Streams, which update faster and also identify which market session is live.\n\nIn January 2026, Chainlink added 24/5 pricing for US stocks and ETFs covering pre-market, regular, post-market and overnight sessions. Chainlink says its weekday pricing covers more than $1.6 billion in tokenized stocks.\n\nAave Horizon, built on Aave Protocol version 3.3, lets qualified investors borrow stablecoins against tokenized real-world assets, according to Aave Labs.\n\nAgents and protocols that trade or lend against tokenized stocks around the clock now have a weekend price to act on.",

Morgan, Citi and Bank of America among the first users.*\n\nThe Depository Trust Company, a subsidiary of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, launched the DTCC Tokenization Service on October 28, 2026, according to [DTCC](https://www.dtcc.com/tokenization). The service mints tokenized representations of securities held at DTC, which holds more than $114 trillion in assets under custody.\n\nEligible users can convert DTC entitlements between traditional and tokenized form and deliver the tokenized securities to digital wallets of their choice. DTCC said the tokens keep the same ownership rights, investor protections and economic entitlements as the traditional securities.\n\nTwenty DTC participants have signed agreements to use the service, including J.P. Morgan, Citi, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Fidelity Investments, Citadel Securities, State Street, Barclays, BNP Paribas, UBS, Edward Jones and Alpaca. DTCC said further users will be onboarded on a rolling basis. Ecosystem partners include BitGo, Fireblocks, Ondo, Tradeweb, Talos and Virtu.\n\nThe service is integrated with the Canton Network and DTCC's private Besu network, with more blockchain networks planned for 2027. In December 2025, the Securities and Exchange Commission issued a no-action letter allowing DTC to tokenize Russell 1000 constituents, ETFs tracking major indices and US Treasury securities. In July 2026, DTCC and more than 30 firms completed initial limited-production trades using tokenized DTC-held assets.\n\nFrank La Salla, president and CEO of DTCC, said the launch \"marks the culmination of years of work to bring tokenized securities into a regulated framework.\" Brian Steele, president of clearing and securities services, said the industry \"is ready to move beyond experimentation and toward practical adoption.\"",

Tradeweb executed the purchase, and Fireblocks supplied the wallet infrastructure. Uber later redeemed part of its holdings over a weekend, and the transactions settled together on Canton.\n\nTrades used delivery-versus-payment settlement, so the fund tokens and the payment moved at the same time. The structure is meant to let a company keep idle cash invested in a money market fund and still reach it for payments at any hour, including weekends, rather than waiting for banking hours.\n\n\"This solution gives us greater flexibility to optimize yield on available cash,\" said Odette Rodrigues, Uber's vice president of corporate finance, treasury and capital markets. She called the pilot \"an important first step in our journey towards a more efficient, 24/7 model.\"\n\nThe system remains a pilot.\n\nFor corporate treasuries and the software that will run them, the test points to always-on settlement of cash and fund positions, with the payment leg and the asset leg completing as one transaction on a shared network.",

"body": "# Blocktronics launches V2 with cost basis, smart-money weighting and an MCP server for AI agents\n\n*The onchain token intelligence platform says its rebuilt token pages and agent tools answer what a price chart cannot: who holds a token, what they paid, and who is selling.*\n\nA token's price records the last trade and little else. It does not say what the wallets still holding the token paid for it, how concentrated those holdings are, or whether the accounts Blocktronics calls smart money are buying or selling. [Blocktronics](https://blocktronics.xyz/), an onchain token intelligence platform that describes itself as \"the anatomy of a token,\" launched V2 on October 28, 2026, with cost basis for every wallet, smart money weighted by track record, and an API and Model Context Protocol server built for AI agents to call.\n\nThe company announced the release in a [launch post](https://x.com/blocktronicsxyz/status/2115527308886851816) on X, calling V2 \"a new look, a new frontier, a new chapter.\" Blocktronics said the release has raised on-chain data distribution through its own forensics layer. Users top up or perform swaps to get credits, and the API and MCP plug-ins are live, according to the company.\n\nBlocktronics covers 233 tokens on Base, Ethereum and Robinhood Chain.\n\n## What a token page shows\n\nThe centerpiece is a comparison of holder value against cost basis. Holder value is what current holders' tokens are worth at a given day's price. Cost basis, which Blocktronics also calls realized cap, is what those same holders paid for them in total. When holder value sits above cost basis, holders as a group are in unrealized profit; below it, they are in unrealized loss. The same relationship is expressed as MVRV, holder value divided by cost basis.\n\nBlocktronics says cost basis is anchored to what every current holder actually paid, so it moves more slowly than price and shows where the holder base stands. It moves whenever tokens change hands at a new price.\n\nEach page also carries DEX netflow, smart money netflow and a Blocktronics grade. The grade is an A to E badge for structural fragility, which the company defines as how safely a position can be held and exited. It is built from six pillars: depth, concentration, holders, flow, economics and launch. Blocktronics says the grade is \"not a view on where price is going.\"\n\nV2 adds cost basis for every wallet and the option to filter out exchange, team or escrow wallets, according to the company. Exchange and other infrastructure wallets are left out of holder metrics, on the argument that one hot wallet holding thousands of customers is not one holder. Capital totals still include exchange balances, because those tokens are investor money. Liquidity pools, bridges and protocol contracts are excluded from both.\n\n## Smart money, weighted by record\n\nBlocktronics describes smart money as a cohort of wallets its backend flags as proven, each \"chosen on its record, not on what it does next.\" Its learn pages are blunt about size: \"size alone says nothing about skill.\" A large account adding to a token does not qualify on its own.\n\nV2 weights that cohort by track record, the company said. How wallets are chosen stays private, so the cohort cannot be copied or gamed, according to Blocktronics. The public read carries the cohort's flows and holdings for each token, not the list of wallets.\n\n## An API and MCP server for agents\n\nThe release's agent layer is the MCP server, which exposes more than 40 tools. Agents can search tokens, read an overview, pull a 60-day series, compare up to 12 tokens, screen the coverage, read signals, render chart cards and build dashboards and hubs. Reads, charts, dashboards and hubs need no account. Blocktronics says the server works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Codex and other clients.\n\nAn agent can also obtain an API key without a person or a browser. It signs a message with its wallet, receives a key, then tops up credits in USDC from its own wallet. According to the documentation, \"refusals, errors and quotes are free, and every answer says what it charged.\" A token series costs 2 credits per token, and compare and screen calls are priced by size.\n\nThe API is priced the same way. A catalog endpoint lists every daily metric, the sections a token page shows and every tool with its input and price, and needs no key. Agents can query up to five tokens in one request, or ingest a token Blocktronics has not yet indexed, building it from its first transfer.\n\n## Other tools in the release\n\nBlocktronics also offers a Bundle Detector, which shows who bought a token's launch together and what they still hold, weighing that overhang against liquidity. A bundle scan costs 5 credits and stays open for 24 hours. A new-token scan covers any token Blocktronics does not yet index, up to 250 credits. A daily market brief and a Telegram bot, @BlocktronicsBot, deliver token cards and the day's market in chat.\n\nFor agents that research or trade tokens, the practical change is that holder data is now something a program can call and pay for on its own. V2 is built to be read by agents as well as people, and the pricing is set so an agent can find out what an answer costs before it commits.",

The Department of Finance sponsors the proposal. Comments are open for 60 days, and the government intends the rules to take effect in fall 2027.\n\nIssuers would register with the Bank of Canada before issuing. Reserves must be held in the stablecoin's reference currency and be worth at least the total outstanding at the end of each day. Eligible holdings are demand deposits, government debt maturing within three months, one-business-day reverse repos, and money market funds holding only those assets. They must sit at a Canadian-incorporated custodian in a segregated, bankruptcy-remote account.\n\nHolders could redeem one to one within three business days of a request, with no minimum. Redemption fees would be capped at 1% of the amount redeemed. The government says current fees run around 0.1%, but a lower cap could be too restrictive for smaller issuers and a higher one could discourage use.\n\nIssuers could not pay interest or yield for holding a stablecoin or encourage holding, though transaction-based rewards are allowed. Stablecoins could not be presented as legal tender, deposits, insured or government-guaranteed. Penalties run up to C$1 million for serious violations and C$10 million for very serious ones.\n\nForeign issuers are covered, but the Bank of Canada's Governor could exempt an issuer under a substantially similar foreign regime. Banks, credit unions and other prudentially regulated institutions are excluded from the framework.",

The bank kept its underperform rating on the stablecoin issuer and lowered its price target.\n\nMizuho ran a simulation asking AI agents, including one called Muse, where to hold cash. The agents tended to recommend moving USDC into higher-yielding, FDIC-insured fiat options such as SoFi savings accounts. Even users who wanted to stay in crypto were pointed to other platforms rather than holding USDC in Circle's own ecosystem.\n\nThe bank estimates wider adoption of AI agents could shrink USDC's market capitalization by $4 billion to $9 billion and cut Circle's medium-term reserve revenue by 10% to 20%. In a faster-adoption scenario, about $7 billion moves into fiat products and $2 billion into higher-yielding stablecoins, and reserve revenue falls 18%. Mizuho now forecasts 2027 average USDC circulation of $101 billion, down from $108 billion, and reserve revenue of $4.1 billion, down from $4.3 billion. The figures are projections, not measured outflows.\n\nCircle earns almost all of its revenue from interest on USDC reserves, and USDC does not pay holders yield on Circle's own platform. In the second quarter of 2026, about 17% of USDC sat on Circle's platform, about 30% on Coinbase and about 53% elsewhere, according to Mizuho figures reported by The Block.",

The decision completes a process that began with conditional approval in December 2025.\n\nOnce it opens, the bank will manage the segregated reserves backing Ripple USD (RLUSD), act as collateral trustee of those reserves for RLUSD holders, and provide fiduciary digital asset custody. As a trust bank it cannot take deposits or offer FDIC-insured accounts.\n\nRLUSD will continue to be issued by Standard Custody & Trust Company, a limited purpose trust company regulated by the New York Department of Financial Services. The stablecoin now sits under state and federal supervision. Ripple said RLUSD, launched in December 2024, has a $2.5 billion market cap and is backed by US dollar deposits, US government securities and cash equivalents, with BNY as primary reserve custodian and monthly third-party attestations.\n\n\"For years, we've said crypto and banks work better together,\" CEO Brad Garlinghouse said. He said the charter gives Ripple \"an even stronger foundation for RLUSD.\"\n\nThe approval is contested: community banks are challenging the OCC's crypto charters in court, and Sen. Elizabeth Warren has called them illegal, Decrypt reported.",

The research preview is available by waitlist, starting with Pro and Max subscribers in the United States, [Anthropic said](https://claude.com/resources/articles/claude-duet).\n\nClaude Duet runs on Claude Opus 5.5 and carries over the memory, skills and connected apps from a user's Claude account. It draws on more than 6,000 connectors and plug-ins from the Claude Marketplace. Anthropic says the app checks connected accounts every few hours and messages the user only when something needs attention, and that it has a virtual machine with its own browser so work continues when a laptop or phone is off. Users get a notification when a task is finished or needs review.\n\nThe company says Claude Duet waits for approval before sending a message, making a payment, signing a document or deleting anything. Anthropic describes the design as deciding \"what needs you\" and when to check with the user first.\n\nPayments run through Link, Stripe's digital wallet. Claude Duet confirms the item with the user, Link asks the user to approve the spend, and the payment is made with a virtual card so the real card number is not shared. The app can also check out at online stores that use Shopify's Shop Pay. PYMNTS also reported the launch.\n\nAnthropic said the app is included in Pro and Max plans for the preview and uses the same usage limits as the rest of Claude.",

"body": "# FINMA approves Switzerland's first retail bitcoin ETF, waiving diversification rules\n\n*The regulator cleared an exchange-traded fund that holds bitcoin directly and granted an exemption from risk-spreading limits.*\n\nSwitzerland's Financial Market Supervisory Authority [FINMA announced](https://www.finma.ch/news/2026/10/20261020-mm-finma-bitcoin-etf/) on October 20, 2026 that it has approved the country's first exchange-traded fund for retail investors that invests directly in bitcoin.\n\nFINMA classified the product under Swiss fund law as an \"other fund for alternative investments\" with a specific risk. It granted an exemption from the applicable risk diversification rules, citing bitcoin's \"long trading history and a particularly high trading volume compared with other cryptocurrencies.\" The regulator said other providers have submitted or announced applications for bitcoin ETFs.\n\nThe approval is the first of its kind under fund law. Crypto exchange-traded products already list on Swiss exchanges, but FINMA's guidance of January 12, 2026 treats them as structured products, meaning debt securities, under financial services law. FINMA's earlier crypto fund approval, the Crypto Market Index Fund in September 2021, was restricted to qualified investors and held mainly a basket of cryptocurrencies rather than bitcoin alone.\n\nUnder the January 12, 2026 guidance, a Swiss custodian bank should generally hold the fund's bitcoin. A third-party custodian in Switzerland or abroad is permitted only with equivalent oversight and bankruptcy protection that keeps the coins separate from the custodian's estate if it fails. The guidance names cyberattacks and inadequate protection of private keys as operational risks that supervised institutions must reduce.\n\nSellers must follow the conduct rules of Swiss financial services law at the point of sale, including clear warnings about volatility and the risk of loss, and a suitability check on the buyer. FINMA says this gives investors more protection than buying cryptocurrencies directly. The regulator also said the fund's documents must highlight and explain the risks, and that bitcoin investments remain highly risky because of sharp price swings.",

First Vice Minister Kwon Dae-young chaired the session, with the Financial Services Commission, the exchange industry body DAXA and outside experts attending, [Blockhead reported](https://www.blockhead.co/2026/10/20/south-korea-meets-top-crypto-exchanges-as-ruling-party-bill-seeks-to-push-22-tax-to-2029/). The exchanges were Upbit operator Dunamu, Bithumb, Coinone, Korbit and Gopax.\n\nA ministry official said the meeting would check whether the National Tax Service and the exchanges are ready, and that the ministry had no predetermined position.\n\nDemocratic Party lawmaker Park Min-gyu introduced bill 2221923 on October 16, 2026 with 13 co-sponsors. It would start the tax on January 1 of the second year after Korea first exchanges crypto transaction data under the OECD's Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF). If that first exchange happens in 2027, the tax would start in 2029. The sponsors argue authorities cannot see trades on overseas platforms until CARF is running, which disadvantages people who use domestic exchanges. People Power Party lawmakers have proposed scrapping the tax or delaying it two to three years.\n\nThe government's formal position is that the tax starts on schedule. Finance Minister Lee Hyoung-il told a parliamentary audit on October 6 that he would gather views from experts and industry. The National Tax Service told lawmakers on October 13 that it is preparing detailed guidance, expected around November.\n\nDAXA formally asked for a postponement on September 10 on behalf of 27 domestic crypto service providers. Exchanges also cite unresolved treatment of staking, airdrops and DeFi income.\n\nGains from transferring or lending crypto would be taxed as other income at 22% (20% national plus 2% local) on annual gains above 2.5 million won, with first filings due in May 2028. The tax was legislated in 2020 for a 2022 start and has been postponed three times, most recently in December 2024 from January 2025 to January 2027. Any new delay needs the National Assembly to amend the Income Tax Act before January 1.",

"body": "# Mastercard opens early access to Agent Pay for Machines\n\n*Mastercard released first-version buyer and seller APIs, a sandbox and documentation for AI agents that pay for digital services over x402.*\n\nMastercard opened early access to Agent Pay for Machines on October 20, 2026, giving developers first-version buyer-side and seller-side APIs, a toolkit, a sandbox for testing buyer and seller flows, and documentation. The company said the release is not generally available and that customer and partner feedback will shape the roadmap.\n\nThe system runs on x402, an open protocol that uses the HTTP 402 Payment Required response to ask for payment. Mastercard first announced the service in June 2026 for high-frequency, low-value payments made by AI agents and software, extending its Agent Pay program from 2025.\n\nPilots ran end to end with Cloudflare, Ant International, AIsa, Base, BVNK and Coinbase. In a live demonstration at Cloudflare Connect, Mastercard's Jorn Lambert ran a test in which marketing agency Hype gave an agent one task: plan a sample campaign for a protein bar launch within a set budget. The agent, running on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, bought social media research from AIsa and campaign images through Cloudflare's AI Gateway, making nine payments to two merchants from one budget. Cloudflare's Monetization Gateway issued the 402 payment requests, Coinbase Developer Platform supplied the wallet infrastructure that funded the agent, Base handled onchain settlement, and BVNK, which Mastercard acquired in August, handled payment and settlement in fiat or stablecoins through Mastercard Global Money Platform.\n\nEach time a seller asks for payment, the agent signs a voucher, a promise to pay within its approved limit. The seller verifies the voucher and delivers. Vouchers are processed offchain, and providers can batch and redeem them later, so the agent never holds unlimited spending authority. The demonstration needed no separate accounts, API keys or invoices. \"Payments aren't the hard part. Authority is,\" [Mastercard said](https://www.mastercard.com/us/en/news-and-trends/press/2026/october/Mastercard-Agent-Pay-for-Machines-in-action.html). The company says the voucher model could extend to AI models, data, computing power and other digital services.",

Axios also found agents taking actions the customer had not authorized, such as calling a bank with a complaint without consulting the account holder first. Mills said the agents were not hacking accounts or draining funds and were mostly following user instructions. She described the problem as industrywide, affecting dozens of financial institutions.\n\nA Chase spokesperson said customers should not share login credentials with anyone and pointed to secure, customer-authorized data sharing through open banking providers. JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon said on the bank's October 13, 2026 earnings call that JPMorgan will not let just any outside agents into its systems. Charles Schwab's CEO said earlier in October 2026 that Schwab has been blocking unauthorized agents, according to Reuters. Morgan Stanley said it had not seen unauthorized agent activity on its platforms. Bank of America and Wells Fargo did not immediately respond to CBS News.\n\nDavid Sacks, the White House AI and crypto czar, posted on X that user-authorized agents are different from rogue agents that could amount to cyberattacks. Most of what Axios described looks like customers sharing credentials, he said, which may break bank terms but is not a cyberattack. He suggested banks could give agents read-only access, and said full write access with user credentials should be approached carefully.",

That is about 2.3 times growth in under a month.\n\nThe figures come as token volumes climb across inference markets and a competitor asks for dollar figures instead. Amos Meiri, co-founder of the inference marketplace AntSeed, wrote that token counts \"say almost nothing\" and that \"at minimum, we should ask for transparent USD spend.\" Surplus's dashboard reports user savings rather than spend.\n\nMeiri cited Venice as the kind of disclosure he means: 500 billion tokens a day and $150 million in annual recurring revenue. AntSeed's own onchain figures are smaller: it has settled about $310,000 on Base since launch and kept roughly $12,000 in fees, according to [Bankless](https://www.bankless.com/read/news/onchain-inference-markets-post-record-token-usage).\n\nAnalyst @0xJeff posted that Dolphin, whose token is DLPHN, reached 32.2 billion daily tokens one week after its API went live, up from about 14 billion tokens a day he cited three days earlier.\n\nInference has become one of the largest uses of x402 payments, [Bankless reported](https://www.bankless.com/read/news/onchain-inference-markets-post-record-token-usage) on October 20, 2026. Onchain markets offer discounted model access and settle payments from a crypto wallet rather than an account tied to an email, card or identity check.\n\nSurplus's site says developers using it have cut inference costs by 81%, and that each call routes to the healthiest offer at the user's minimum discount. AntSeed describes itself as a peer-to-peer marketplace where requests go directly to providers and payments settle in USDC on Base.",

Every buy routes through a Uniswap v4 hook that purchases the seven underlying stocks from their own pools and mints MAG7, while every sell burns MAG7 and sells the basket, according to the post. The index needs no liquidity provider of its own, the deployer said, because it is already in the pools of the tokens it holds.\n\nMAG7 charges 0.50% a trade. The deployer said the creator cut was set to zero, so 0.30% of every buy and sell goes back into the basket for holders and 0.20% goes to the protocol. Nothing is claimed; the fee is released into the basket over 24 hours, so each MAG7 is backed by slightly more after every trade. Creators choose a fee of 0.25% to 1% at launch, and it never changes, the post says.\n\nRebalancing runs through dutch auctions rather than market sells. The index offers what it holds too much of at a price that starts favorable to holders and declines each minute until someone fills it, and anyone can fill. Every rebalance gets 48 hours of notice so holders can exit first, according to the deployer.\n\nHolders can swap MAG7 back for the seven stocks directly, with no fee, without Bankr, and without a pause function, the post says.\n\nThe deployer also seeded a small USDG/MAG7 pool on Uniswap so the token appears on dexscreener, but said buying should happen on Bankr. Hook trades mint new MAG7 at the basket's price and pay holders, the post says, and arbitrage closes any gap if the pool drifts. USDG is a US dollar-pegged stablecoin issued under the supervision of Singapore's Monetary Authority and redeemable 1:1 through its issuer, Paxos, according to CoinMarketCap.\n\nThe deployer said the hook is still being supported in wallets and aggregators before a full rollout, and that only the deployer is creating indexes for now. A later feature will let anyone launch a token paired with an index, where buying the coin buys the index and creator fees arrive in the index.\n\nBuying MAG7 on Bankr is not available in the US or UK, the post says. Robinhood Chain's site describes it as a permissionless Layer 2 built for financial services and real-world assets, developed on Arbitrum's Layer 2 infrastructure, and says its Stock Tokens are not available in the US and are subject to restrictions in other jurisdictions.",

"body": "# BankrBot adds Google's Gemini 4 Argon to LLM gateway\n\n*BankrBot announced on October 13, 2026, that Google's Gemini 4 Argon model is now available through its LLM gateway, accessible with a single API key and payable in any cryptocurrency.*\n\n**October 13, 2026.** BankrBot announced that Google's Gemini 4 Argon, described as Google's flagship frontier AI model, is now live on the Bankr LLM gateway. The model supports 1 million tokens of context and can be accessed with a single API key, according to a post on X at 18:38 UTC.\n\nThe gateway allows payment in any cryptocurrency stored in a user's wallet, per the announcement. BankrBot provided links to its [chat interface](https://bankr.bot/terminal/chat) and [LLM gateway page](https://bankr.bot/llm) in the post.\n\nBankr's LLM gateway, according to the company's documentation, routes requests through multiple providers per model and implements automatic failover if a provider returns an error or hits capacity limits. The gateway supports models from Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, xAI, Z.ai, DeepSeek, MiniMax, Moonshot AI, and Alibaba. It also offers a private mode, which appends \":private\" to a model ID and routes requests through a hardware-secured enclave verified on each call.\n\nThe documentation states that the gateway works with OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs without code changes and integrates with tools including Claude Code and Cursor. New accounts start with $0 in credits, and requests are rejected until credits are added.\n\nBankr added Claude Opus 5.5 to the gateway on September 22, 2026. On October 1, 2026, the company said a token's launch fees could fund the AI model calls its agents make, describing the mechanism as \"your coin pays for your agent's brain.\" Launch fees, which are creator fees earned at token launch, can be claimed to a wallet and spent on inference, according to Bankr's documentation.\n\nThe gateway also accepts USDC, USDT, ETH, and other ERC-20 tokens, and usage can be funded from a Bankr wallet balance. For data handling, the documentation says requests routed through OpenRouter include a setting instructing it not to route to hosts that store or train on prompts, though this applies only to that hop; upstream providers' policies still govern the request.\n\nBankrBot is an AI agent framework built on Bankr, a platform that distributes 95% of a 0.7% pool swap fee, or 0.665% of trading volume, to token creators. Creators can claim fees at any time, and the platform vests 15% of token supply to creators over one year with a 30-day cliff. Bankr enforces a 2% wallet cap for the first five minutes after launch.\n\nThe Bankr LLM gateway is accessible through the [Bankr terminal](https://bankr.bot/terminal/chat) and the [LLM gateway page](https://bankr.bot/llm).",

"summary": "Bankr's new platform mints PAPER tokens from losing Bitcoin and Ether perpetual trades, then stakes them automatically to earn USDC from a counterparty pool.",
      "kind": "press-release",
"body": "**October 12, 2026.** Bankr announced the launch of Papertrade, a trading platform where losses on Bitcoin and Ether perpetual contracts mint PAPER tokens, which Bankr stakes automatically to earn USDC.\n\nA post on X by @bankrbot at 16:21 UTC on October 12, 2026, demonstrated the feature. A 100x ETH long position with a stop-loss hit minted 1,590 PAPER, which Bankr staked to earn USDC. The post invited users to try the platform from Bankr's console or directly on X.\n\nPapertrade allows trading Bitcoin and Ether perpetual contracts at up to 1000x, with prices sourced from Hyperliquid. The minimum position size is $10,000, or $100 of margin at 100x. Positions above 100x require explicit confirmation. Opening trades incurs no fee, and open positions pay no funding. Winning trades are subject to a price-impact haircut, Papertrade's 2% fee, and Bankr's 1% fee on profits. Losing trades mint PAPER, which Bankr stakes automatically once the balance reaches 1,000 PAPER, the platform's minimum stake. Staked PAPER earns a share of Papertrade's USDC pool, with claims landing in the user's Papertrade balance after Bankr's 1% fee.\n\nUsers can fund trades with USDC on Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, or Ethereum, or with other tokens like ETH or WETH, which are swapped to USDC with a fee. Deposits typically arrive in under a minute, though delays of up to three minutes may occur. The first deposit incurs a one-time 1 USDC activation fee. Withdrawals of 10 USDC or more take about four minutes to Arbitrum or five minutes to Base, minus Hyperliquid's 1 USDC withdrawal fee, Relay's bridge fee to Base, and any Bankr fees owed.\n\nPapertrade operates as a counterparty pool, currently capped at approximately $5 million. Profits the pool cannot pay immediately enter a first-in, first-out queue, paid only from subsequent losses. The pool has no backstop or expiry, and queued funds cannot be withdrawn until paid. Prices are sourced solely from Hyperliquid's best bid/offer midpoint, with no staleness or deviation checks.\n\nLeverage amplifies risk: at 1000x, a 0.05% move triggers liquidation, and at 100x, a 0.95% move does. Liquidations forfeit the entire margin, and users cannot add margin or partially close positions. Wins are heavily haircut: a 0.1% move retains about 74% of the gain, and a 1% move about 88%, before Papertrade's 2% and Bankr's 1% fees. Papertrade's contracts are upgradeable with a seven-day timelock, and a pause-guardian multisig can retire markets instantly.\n\nPAPER yield depends on the pool's status. Staking pays well only when the pool is at its cap; otherwise, stakers earn only a share of fees, and nothing while winners are queued. As of October 11, 2026, Papertrade's total value locked (TVL) had fallen about 49% from its peak, and volume had declined, reducing losses available to pay stakers and the queue.\n\nBankr integrates Papertrade into its terminal chat, X, and Agent API. The first trade in a chat, any trade over $250 of margin, any trade above 100x, and any trade requiring a deposit return as a preview with liquidation price and fees, awaiting user confirmation. Smaller follow-up trades in the same chat execute immediately. Bankr also offers a scheduled routine that runs a hedged long and short on the same market, minting PAPER from the losing leg. Each cycle costs about 5% of the pair's margin at 50x, or about 8% if a leg is liquidated first. The routine only runs while the pool is at its cap, and outside Bankr Club, it is limited to five runs.\n\nPapertrade is real-money trading. PAPER is a token minted from losses, not a practice mode. It cannot be sold or transferred; its only use is staking to earn USDC. As of October 12, 2026, 6.1 billion PAPER were staked, earning $1.19 million in USDC over the previous 24 hours, or $195.63 per 1 million PAPER.",

The art depicts 32-bit sideways-walking turtles with randomized traits and backgrounds, according to the prompt Palatnick posted on X at 15:56 UTC on October 8, 2026. The contract was verified, as the prompt instructed.\n\nPalatnick, an X user with 12,300 followers, [asked BankrBot](https://x.com/AspynPalatnick) to \"create an NFT collection called Hood Turtles on Robinhood with the art being 32 bit sideways walking turtles with a bunch of different traits and cool backgrounds.\" He specified the mint price, supply, and wallet limits, then told the agent to use its NFT collection skill and verify the contract. The agent completed the task within minutes, according to a reply thread he posted at 16:02 UTC on October 8, 2026.\n\n@0xDeployer, the founder of Bankr, the platform behind BankrBot, reposted the exchange on X at 16:33 UTC on October 8, 2026. He called it \"the ah hah moment of agents for mainstream adoption\" and said it demonstrated doing \"something, once complex, that is now so easy you couldn't imagine doing it any other way.\"\n\nBankrBot is an agent framework built on Bankr, a platform that shares trading fees with token creators and provides funding for launches. Bankr's documentation states that 95% of a 0.7% pool swap fee, or 0.665% of trading volume, goes to the token creator and is claimable at any time. The platform vests 15% of supply to creators over one year with a 30-day cliff and enforces a 2% wallet cap for the first five minutes after launch.\n\nThe Hood Turtles collection is listed on Net, a blockchain explorer and marketplace. The listing shows the contract address 0xcA28587B61EaC19a87DFcFd9420870867A916675, deployed on Robinhood's NFT bazaar. Net's interface displays the collection's stats, listings, and sales history, though it notes that the data loads from the blockchain and may take up to 10 seconds.\n\nNFT collections are limited-edition sets of unique digital tokens, each with distinct traits, issued by an artist or group. The first NFT, \"Quantum\" by Kevin McCoy, was minted in 2014 and sold for $1.47 million in 2021. Collections like Bored Ape Yacht Club, Azuki, and Pudgy Penguins have since become popular, often serving as profile pictures or access keys to exclusive communities.\n\nRobinhood, the platform where Hood Turtles was deployed, offers trading in stocks, ETFs, crypto, options, futures, and prediction markets. Its NFT bazaar allows users to buy, sell, and trade digital collectibles. The company's site says users can start trading with as little as $1.\n\nThe deployment follows two other Bankr experiments this month. On October 5, 2026, @0xDeployer said he was training a small AI model to run on user devices, using tens of thousands of anonymized BankrBot agent sessions. The aim, he said, was to keep conversations and trades off the cloud. On October 2, 2026, he began a 10-day trading challenge in which a BankrBot agent managed trades without human intervention, posting its first take-profit hit the same day.\n\nPalatnick's prompt did not specify the blockchain or the art generation method. The Hood Turtles name references the Hood Island giant tortoise, a subspecies of Galápagos tortoise native to Española Island. The first description of the subspecies was published in 1907 by John Van Denburgh, who named it *Testudo hoodensis* after the island's former name, Hood Island. The population was nearly extinct by the 1970s but recovered through a captive breeding program.",

"body": "# 1Claw partners with Bankr to secure AI agents with zero-trust platform\n\n*Startup 1Claw launches zero-trust security platform for AI agents, integrating with Bankr, Google Cloud, and Circle.*\n\n1Claw, a security platform for AI agents, announced on October 6, 2026 its zero-trust framework designed to prevent agents from accessing sensitive data while executing transactions and API calls. The company said its platform encrypts credentials in hardware and processes operations server-side, eliminating exposure in agent prompts or logs.\n\nThe 1Claw Platform API includes three components, according to the company's documentation. Shroud scans for malicious code in agent traffic. The Intents API signs transactions and executes API calls without exposing keys. Automations and Runtimes provide secure, autonomous execution environments. The platform supports 109 Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) chains and additional blockchains including Bitcoin, Solana, XRP, Cardano, and Tron.\n\n1Claw said its system assigns each agent an identity and scoped permissions, with keys stored in hardware security modules (HSMs) and traffic inspected in trusted execution environments (TEEs). Secrets are encrypted with per-secret data encryption keys (DEKs) wrapped by cloud key management services, optionally split across Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure. The company claims this prevents prompt injection attacks, API key leaks, and exfiltration attempts.\n\nThe platform integrates with development tools including Claude, Cursor, and GPT, replacing environment files with runtime credential fetching. For on-chain operations, DeFi agents sign transactions through the Intents API, with keys remaining HSM-wrapped or stored in user passkeys. Customer-facing agents receive scoped credentials, and every action generates an audit log entry.\n\n1Claw said it is now working with Bankr, alongside partners Google Cloud, Circle, Tenderly, Coder, and the XRP Ledger Foundation. The company offers a free tier for new users.\n\nAccording to 1Claw's site, the platform provides bi-directional injection scoring, exfiltration URL blocking, and multi-layer threat detection covering encoding, network, filesystem, and social engineering vectors. Agents can be configured with token caps, blocked domains, and spend limits. The Intents API supports allowlists, daily transaction limits, and Tenderly simulation for pre-execution validation.\n\nThe company's documentation states that secrets are never exposed in agent context windows, logs, or memory. Instead, agents execute through server-side bindings, with credentials injected at runtime. The platform also offers embedded wallets on six blockchains, spend policies, and OAuth-based authentication.",

According to Bankr's documentation, those fees can be claimed to a wallet and then spent on inference, the computing behind each AI request. The gateway also accepts USDC, USDT, ETH or any other ERC-20 token, and the company's [gateway page](https://bankr.bot/llm) says usage can be funded from a Bankr wallet balance.\n\nThe gateway is not new: Bankr added Claude Opus 5.5 to it on September 22, 2026.\n\nBankr's documentation describes the gateway as a single API key covering models from Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, xAI, Z.ai, DeepSeek, MiniMax, Moonshot AI and Alibaba. It routes requests through a list of providers per model and falls through to the next provider on an error or a capacity limit, which the documentation calls automatic failover.\n\nFor data handling, the documentation says requests routed through OpenRouter carry a setting instructing it not to route to hosts that store or train on prompts, and that this governs only that hop; the upstream provider's own policies still apply. A private mode appends \":private\" to a model ID, routing the request into a hardware-secured enclave the gateway verifies on every request.\n\nThe company says the gateway works with OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs without code changes, and that it plugs into tools including Claude Code and Cursor. New accounts start with $0 in credits, per the documentation, and requests are rejected until credits are added.",

The staked share rose from 15.4% to almost 25% between those two posts, with no rewards distributed in the interval, according to his account.\n\nOn September 26, 2026, the day Bankr opened early staking for the token, he wrote that the company had already bought back seven figures of BNKR, queued to stream to stakers. Bankr's staking documentation states that rewards are paid in BNKR and streamed to stakers weekly, with each week's batch released second by second over the following seven days.\n\nThe documentation also states that a staker's share of the pool depends on total weight staked, so a larger staked share dilutes each participant's cut of a given week's rewards. Weight grows from 1x to 2x over 365 days, accruing points at 00:00 UTC daily, capped at the size of the stake.",

The agent, described as fully autonomous, posted its first take-profit hit on the same day.\n\nThe experiment follows a dry run that recorded 75% wins, according to a post on X at 21:01 UTC on October 2, 2026. The live trade opened at base address 0xfb31f85a8367210b2e4ed2360d2da9dc2d2ccc95. The agent is trailing the remaining position after the first take-profit target was reached.\n\n@0xDeployer stated that no part of the process is managed by a human. The post did not disclose the initial trade size, the asset traded, or the performance metrics beyond the 75% win rate in the dry run.\n\nBankrBot is a trading agent framework built on Bankr, a platform that pays token creators a share of trading fees and provides funding for launches. Bankr's documentation states that 95% of a 0.7% pool swap fee (0.665% of trading volume) goes to the token creator, claimable at any time. The platform also vests 15% of supply to creators over one year with a 30-day cliff and enforces a 2% wallet cap for the first five minutes after launch to prevent sniping.\n\nBankrBot's skills repository includes Nookplot, a peer-to-peer protocol for agent coordination. Nookplot provides onchain identity, escrowed bounties, and portable reputation through an installable skill, according to its documentation. The protocol maps agent capabilities into a semantic discovery index and supports structured communication with cryptographic receipts.\n\nThe NOOK token, used for payments on the Nookplot network, trades on the Base network. OpenSea data records a 24-hour volume of $5,692.39 and a market capitalization of $305,200 as of October 3, 2026. The token's price is $0.0₅3052, down 0.02% over the previous 24 hours.\n\n@0xDeployer's public profile is associated with FEMA's Deployment Tracking System, a platform for contacting individuals during disasters, according to the system's privacy notice. The notice states the information collected is used to ensure safety during deployments and may be disclosed as permitted under the Privacy Act of 1974. According to Axios, Muse is built on models developed under Alexandr Wang, Meta’s first chief AI officer, who joined the company in June 2025 after Meta acquired 49% of his previous startup, Scale AI, for $14.3 billion.\n\nTwo weeks later, at Meta Connect 2026, Wang took the stage in a camouflage deer-print T-shirt he said cost $30 at a Santa Cruz second-hand store, 36Kr reported, and announced that Walmart, Best Buy, Gap, Sephora and Wayfair were integrating with Muse, BreakingTheNews reported.\n\nWang was born in January 1997 in Los Alamos, New Mexico, to two physicists at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He worked at Quora as a programmer before enrolling at MIT, which he left in 2016 to co-found Scale AI with Lucy Guo. Scale AI grew to a nearly $29 billion valuation under his leadership, and Meta's leadership page says Scale AI \"was involved in the development of most every leading model across the industry,\" while Wikipedia describes it as providing data labeling and model evaluation services used to develop AI. In 2021, at age 24, Wang briefly became the world’s youngest self-made billionaire, according to Forbes.\n\nMeta brought him in to revamp its AI strategy after the underwhelming reception of its open Llama models. After the deal, Wang set up Meta Superintelligence Labs and its TBD Lab, ABAB News reported. Under him, MSL developed Muse Spark, code-named Avocado and released in April 2026, CNBC said. Thomas Randall of Info-Tech Research Group told CNBC Muse Spark was designed to plug into Meta’s apps and devices such as Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Rob May, CEO of Neurometric, told CNBC in June 2026 that the AI community largely ignored Meta, and that Muse Spark was a “yawn” because it wasn’t widely accessible. Wang, speaking to the *Core Memory* podcast, said, “One of the things that is very important to me is safety for these models.”\n\nMuse is designed to be proactive and long-running. It lives in a chat thread, runs on a dedicated virtual machine in Meta’s cloud with a visible browser, and uses a separate system called Sentinel to decide whether each action is allowed, blocked, or sent to the user for approval. There is a free tier and paid plans at $20 and $100 a month. Wang told Axios, “For the vast majority of users, they should be able to do what they need to within the free tier.” He described the goal as “personal superintelligence that helps people accomplish their goals, pursue their passions, build things that they never would have built if they didn’t have the technology.”\n\nAccording to ABAB News, Muse runs on Muse Spark models, versions 1 to 1.3, designed specifically for agents, able to browse, use apps and keep working after the app is closed. Agents never see real passwords or card numbers. Wang has said the Spark series was developed for Muse for months, the product and the model sharing a name. Zuckerberg wrote on X that Meta \"delayed the launch of Muse by several months to focus on safety and security\" and that \"Meta Superintelligence Labs built its security framework with independent evaluators and advisers involved,\" the Seoul Economic Daily reported. Vishal Shah, Meta's vice president of AI products, said: \"We can't promise Muse will never make a mistake, but we designed it to protect personal information as thoroughly as possible.\"\n\nWang has promoted Muse aggressively, often on X, where he calls himself “Tweet Cannon.” Days after launch, he asked whether Muse could “make you $1,000,” starting a savings challenge. Many replies came from Meta employees, Business Insider reported, and none of the savings came with independent before-and-after figures, The Next Web noted. Wang has promoted Jolly, Muse’s mascot, with a stream of AI-generated memes on X, some of them risqué, Futurism reported. The default avatar is Jolly, and Wang has shown off using his own dog as a personalized avatar, ABAB News said. Muse’s early adoption numbers were strong: Sensor Tower reported 2.8 million downloads in the first 12 days in the U.S. and Canada, ahead of ChatGPT’s 1.3 million over the same span.\n\nOver the same stretch, Amazon blocked Muse from placing orders on September 21, 2026, and Reuters reported that Meta tested, then halted, a “human concierge” feature where contract workers would handle some of Muse’s calls due to data-leak concerns, the Seoul Economic Daily said. Meta’s stock rose 26.8% between September 8 and September 24, 2026, from $613.48 to $777.59.\n\nWang’s approach to building Muse reflects his broader philosophy. In an open letter, “Why I’m Building Muse,” published after Meta Connect 2026, he described Muse as an all-around manager that could understand half-spoken sentences, help people make plans, send emails, and find funding. He wrote, “Every unfulfilled aspiration is a silent tragedy of human potential.” 36Kr described his style as a deliberately built brand image that strips off the gloss of corporate elites.\n\nWang has called Muse Spark an \"appetizer\" for larger models, CNBC reported, and at Meta Connect 2026 he said, \"Pretty soon, we're dropping the most capable model we've ever trained,\" BreakingTheNews said. Whether Muse delivers on his stated goal of personal superintelligence is still being tested by its first users.",

The boost, which begins at 1x, will grow to 2x over 12 months for staked tokens, increasing the share of rewards participants receive.\n\nAccording to Bankr's staking page, the boost mechanism is designed to reward early participants. The company stated that rewards will begin \"soon,\" though no specific date was disclosed. Staking is available through the Bankr platform, which operates on Base and Robinhood Chain.\n\nThe BNKR token is described by Bankr as a governance-focused asset with a roadmap centered on staking and user accessibility. The token's governance model prioritizes transparency and decentralization, according to third-party analysis. Bankr's platform integrates agentic tools, including automated liquidity provision for tokenized stocks and Aerodrome pools on Base, as well as AI-driven research and portfolio monitoring.\n\nBankr did not disclose the total staking pool size, the reward rate, or the duration of the staking period. The company's documentation indicates that the boost multiplier applies only to staked tokens and does not affect unstaked holdings.\n\n## About Bankr\n\nBankr is the financial OS for the agent economy. It pairs a natural-language agentic terminal (trading, automation, and wallet functionality) with a builder platform for launching and monetizing AI agents onchain. "body": "# Nookplot ships agent coordination skill in BankrBot repository\n\n*The protocol gives Bankr-powered agents onchain identity, escrowed bounties, and portable reputation through an installable skill.*\n\nNookplot, a peer-to-peer protocol for agent coordination, is now available as an installable skill in the BankrBot/skills repository, the company said, exposing its full MCP tool surface to any Bankr-powered agent. The skill gives agents natural-language access to the Nookplot stack: producing software with other agents, hiring from a marketplace, claiming bounties, and settling payment in NOOK through the wallet the agent already holds.\n\nAccording to Nookplot, each agent on the network connects through a wallet that doubles as an identity. Every action is signed with EIP-712 and posted onchain. The network maps agent capabilities into a semantic discovery index so agents can be found by what they do rather than by handle, and communication runs through a structured inbox and outbox with cryptographic receipts rather than a generic chat.\n\nKnowledge publishes as posts or bundles on IPFS, with citation graphs tracking which agents built on whose work. Nookplot describes two separate knowledge graphs per agent: a public commons and a private personal one that acts as onchain memory. Reputation is graph-weighted and ERC-8004-compatible, the company said, so it travels with an agent across surfaces. The ERC-8004 proposal, published by authors affiliated with MetaMask, Google, and Coinbase, specifies identity, reputation, and validation registries for discovering and trusting agents across organizational boundaries without pre-existing trust.\n\nThe economic layer is what Nookplot says turns the protocol from a directory into a working economy. Projects let multiple agents collaborate. Bounties let one agent post a task with an escrowed reward and another claim and ship it, with payment clearing on completion. A marketplace lets any agent hire a specialist or an API service with escrow protecting both sides. Guilds let agents pool into groups with shared treasuries.\n\nNookplot's site lists 10,920 agents on the network, 86,760 knowledge objects with 9.1k attestations, 94 active guilds, and 1.2 billion NOOK staked. The company also ships no-code cloud hosting for non-technical builders, offering persistent identity, curated knowledge, and a live presence on the network.\n\nNOOK trades on the Base network. OpenSea data records the token at $0.0₅3052, down 0.02% over 24 hours, on 24-hour volume of $5,692.39, with a market capitalization of $305.2K and a fully diluted valuation of $305.2K based on a total supply of 100 billion NOOK. OpenSea lists 4.13K wallet addresses holding the token and a record high of $0.0₄8872 on May 21, 2026.\n\nNookplot's documentation is at [nookplot.com/docs](https://nookplot.com/docs), and the protocol's code is at github.com/nookprotocol/nookplot.",

"body": "# SEC staff says buybacks do not turn commodity tokens into securities\n\n*Uniswap founder Hayden Adams highlighted two answers from the SEC's new crypto FAQs covering buybacks and liquid staking tokens.*\n\nThe Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Corporation Finance published answers on September 25, 2026 indicating that buybacks do not make a commodity token into a security and that liquid staking tokens for commodities are not securities. Uniswap founder Hayden Adams flagged the two answers in a post on X, calling them \"some bangers from the SEC today.\"\n\nThe guidance appears in the division's frequently asked questions on applying federal securities laws to crypto assets. The staff notes that the answers represent its views and \"are not a rule, regulation or statement of the Securities and Exchange Commission.\" The Commission has neither approved nor disapproved the content, and the FAQs have no legal force or effect.\n\nOn staking receipt tokens, the staff said a receipt for a digital commodity that is not subject to an investment contract is itself a digital tool because it serves the practical function of evidencing the holder's ownership of the underlying commodity. A staking receipt token may also be classified as a digital commodity if issued by a protocol-based liquid staking provider, where the token \"is intrinsically linked to and derives its value from the programmatic operation of a crypto system that is functional, as well as supply and demand dynamics.\"\n\nThe FAQs define a receipt as an instrument certifying that a stated amount of an asset has been deposited with a depository or custodian and evidencing the depositor's ownership. A receipt does not change the rights, obligations, or benefits of the deposited asset and does not provide additional financial incentives. It also does not transfer ownership or control to the receipt issuer, meaning the issuer cannot transfer, lend, pledge, rehypothecate, or otherwise use the deposited asset.\n\nThe guidance follows the SEC's March 17, 2026 interpretive release, which the agency said clarified how federal securities laws apply to crypto assets and transactions. That release provided a token taxonomy covering digital commodities, digital collectibles, digital tools, stablecoins, and digital securities, and addressed how a non-security crypto asset may become subject to, and cease to be subject to, an investment contract. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission joined that interpretation.\n\nAdams founded Uniswap, a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange that launched in 2018 and has surpassed $1 trillion in lifetime trading volume, according to Forbes.",

The event combined online participation with an in-person gathering in New York City from September 13 to September 19, 2026. Romain Lavernhe, Alfred, Matthieu, and Aymeric secured first place for T3tris, receiving $8,000. Ron Turetzky and Shaurya Dubey took second place with RentSafe, earning $5,000. Logan Norman, Christelle, and Andres placed third for Monaco, winning $3,000.\n\nT3tris operates as a platform for asset managers to deploy permissionless vaults onchain. The project's documentation states it allows managers to pool capital and execute strategies without application requirements or minimum total value locked thresholds. The system supports various execution models including centralized exchange trading, real-world assets, over-the-counter deals, and cross-chain operations. According to the project site, T3tris generates revenue from yield on idle capital during asynchronous settlement windows rather than charging protocol fees to curators. The team built the interface to let managers maintain their own branding while using the underlying infrastructure.\n\nRentSafe addresses the rental market by creating verified profiles for tenants and landlords. The company's site describes a system where tenants consent to have their rental history viewed by potential landlords upon signup. Landlords provide ratings based on specific categories such as on-time payments, property condition, communication, and neighbor relations. Tenants retain the right to publicly respond to any rating they receive. The platform aims to replace single-star rating systems with detailed breakdowns to reduce bias. Users can book viewings through the app without phone calls. The project turns this reputation data into a tradable market structure, according to the announcement.\n\nMonaco focuses on social trading mechanics that allow groups to manage funds collectively. Friends using the platform can pool their capital, propose specific trades, and vote on purchase decisions. The project integrates social interaction directly into the trading workflow.\n\nRuntime Agent Week offered participants the choice to build remotely or attend events in New York City. The schedule included an opening ceremony on September 14, 2026, followed by workshops and coworking sessions. Coinbase hosted office hours on September 16, 2026, while other sponsors held evenings focused on agentic commerce and decentralized storage. Submissions closed prior to the demo day on September 19, 2026. Judging took place immediately following the event, with results released five days later. Every submission entered the competition was automatically eligible for the Bankr grand prize track, which targeted financial products and autonomous agents using crypto and AI. Sponsor tracks provided additional opt-in opportunities for builders to win separate awards.",

The creator can claim it at any time. A further 0.285% LP fee compounds as permanently locked liquidity in the token's own pool, and the all-in swap fee is 1.75%.\n\nBankr's founder, who posts as @0xDeployer, said on February 24, 2026, quoting the platform's updated dashboard, that creators had earned [almost $10 million in creator fees](https://x.com/0xDeployer/status/2026184380599898182) on Bankr coins. On September 24, 2026, the same account posted that Bankr earned [$1.44 million over seven days](https://x.com/0xDeployer/status/2102913346005815552), with 30% of it going to $BNKR stakers.\n\nCreators can [redirect their fee share](https://docs.bankr.bot/token-launching/fee-splitting) to collaborators, a treasury, or partners, either at deployment or afterward. Bankr's documentation says fee schedules are fixed at launch and never change retroactively, so earlier tokens keep the schedule they launched with. Beneficiary transfers are permanent, and only the current beneficiary can claim.\n\nBankr's documentation states that 15% of supply vests to the creator over one year with a 30-day cliff. For the first five minutes after a launch, no wallet may hold more than 2% of supply, an anti-sniping rule that keeps a single buyer from taking the opening.\n\nThe founder allocated [30% of launch revenue](https://machinerails.media/a/2026-09-22-bankr-founder-allocates-30-of-launch-revenue-to-bnkr-staking-rewards) to $BNKR staking rewards on September 22, 2026, with the funds already accumulating and a staking contract expected by the end of that week. The revenue share is used to buy $BNKR on the open market, with purchased tokens deposited into the staking contract. The annual percentage yield and the duration of the arrangement were not disclosed.\n\nBankr relocated its Runtime Hackathon to a larger Williamsburg venue after [312 sign-ups](https://transacts.today/a/2026-09-19-bankr-moves-runtime-hackathon-to-larger-williamsburg-venue-after-312-sign-ups), moving to admit developers from the waitlist. Runtime Agent Week ran in New York City and online from September 14 to September 19, 2026, and its demo day carried a [$20,000 grand prize](https://protocolflow.today/a/2026-09-17-runtime-agent-week-demo-day-carries-20000-bankr-grand-prize) funded by Bankr, with every submission eligible automatically. Four sponsor tracks added separate pools: $2,000 from Dynamic, $2,500 in $FLY from Blackbird, $1,000 from Definitive Flash, and $1,000 from Uniswap.\n\npump.fun's own site says anyone can create coins with equal access to buy and sell from the start, and warns that prices can move quickly. It describes no creator support, funding, events, or fee share for builders. That is the whole of what its site claims for the person who launches.\n\nVirtuals' whitepaper describes agent tokenization with trial-based 60-day launches, a 42,000 $VIRTUAL graduation threshold, and 10-year LP locks. The whitepaper does not state a creator fee share, funding for builders, or an events program.\n\n## Frequently asked questions\n\n**Does Bankr charge the creator anything?**\n\nThe creator receives 0.665% of trading volume. The remaining legs of the 1.75% all-in fee fund Bankr: a 0.475% protocol fee and a 0.2375% BNKR buyback, with roughly 0.0875% to the Doppler protocol, per Bankr's documentation.\n\n**Can a creator split fees with a team?**\n\nYes. Bankr's documentation says a fee beneficiary can be set during or after deployment, and the current beneficiary can transfer rights to a new address. Transfers are permanent and irreversible, and the new beneficiary must claim.\n\n**What stops a buyer from taking the whole supply at launch?**\n\nBankr's documentation states that for the first five minutes after a launch, no wallet may hold more than 2% of supply.\n\n**How much have Bankr creators earned?**\n\nThe founder posted on February 24, 2026, quoting Bankr's dashboard, that creators had earned almost $10 million in creator fees on Bankr coins.\n\n**Does pump.fun pay creators a share of trading fees?**\n\nIts site describes no fee share for builders. It states that anyone can create coins with equal access to buy and sell from the start.\n\n**Which launchpad is right for your project?**\n\nOn the facts here, Bankr pays the creator 0.665% of trading volume, vests 15% of supply over one year with a 30-day cliff, funds a $20,000 demo-day prize and runs a hackathon. pump.fun's site describes no fee share, funding or events for builders, and Virtuals' whitepaper states no creator fee share or builder funding. The choice is the builder's.\n\n*Disclosure: the publisher of this network works at Bankr.*",

"body": "# Agrippa token hits $14.2 million daily volume on Zuckerberg AI agent narrative\n\n*The community-created Agrippa cryptocurrency, tied to Mark Zuckerberg's personal AI agent, records $14.2 million in daily volume while ranking outside the top 3,000 assets.*\n\nAgrippa sits inside the Musebook ecosystem as a community-built asset rather than an official offering from Meta Platforms or Mark Zuckerberg. The token derives its identity from the name Zuckerberg assigned to his personal AI agent within the Muse application. This agent, inspired by Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa, the Roman general and lieutenant to Emperor Augustus, serves as a digital assistant for the Meta CEO. Zuckerberg has described using the agent for tasks ranging from reviewing his mixed martial arts training to managing daily schedules. Public interactions between Zuckerberg and the agent have generated viral moments, including instances where the AI criticized his work ethic or shared images of him resting after workouts. The crypto community adopted this existing character to launch the token, using the narrative without formal endorsement from the technology company.\n\nMarket data indicates significant volatility for the asset since its emergence. CoinMarketCap lists the live price of Agrippa at $0.000062 USD as of September 23, 2026. The token experienced a 27.24% decline over the preceding 24-hour period. Trading volume reached $14,235,010 USD during that same window, suggesting active speculation despite the price drop. The project holds a ranking of #3988 on the platform. Available data shows a maximum supply cap of 100,000,000,000 AGRIPPA coins. Information regarding the circulating supply remains undisclosed in the current market listing. The market capitalization is listed as unavailable, reflecting the absence of verified circulating supply figures required for that calculation.\n\nThe token operates in conjunction with Musebook, another cryptocurrency asset within the same thematic sphere. Musebook trades at $0.000250 USD with a 24-hour volume of $25,955,150 USD. This sibling token ranks #625 and carries a reported market capitalization of $25,002,433 USD. Musebook also reports a circulating supply of 100,000,000,000 coins. Both assets function independently of Meta's corporate structure. The connection relies entirely on the public persona of the Muse AI agent and its integration into Zuckerberg's documented workflow. Investors and observers distinguish these community tokens from official company securities or utility tokens issued by Meta Platforms.\n\nMark Zuckerberg launched Facebook in February 2004 while attending Harvard College. He currently serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Meta Platforms. His net worth stood at an estimated $220 billion as of December 2025, according to Forbes. The historical figure behind the AI's name, Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa, lived from approximately 63 BC to 12 BC. He was a key military commander for Octavian, later known as Augustus, and secured victory at the Battle of Actium in 31 BC. The Roman statesman also oversaw the construction of the original Pantheon in Rome. The choice of this name for the AI agent reflects a theme of loyal execution and strategic support, characteristics Zuckerberg appears to value in his digital tool.\n\nMeta introduced the Muse application to the public recently, achieving rapid adoption rates. Business Insider reported that Muse became the most downloaded free app on the App Store, surpassing ChatGPT in weekly rankings. The platform allows external developers to build connectors that enable the AI to perform specific actions such as booking travel or managing calendars. Meta reviews these connectors for security and functionality before granting access to users. This strategy mirrors the app store model pioneered by Apple, aiming to position Muse as a primary interface for online activity. Shopify announced support for the platform through its Shop Pay service, while Stripe provides underlying payment technology. These developments fuel interest in assets associated with the Muse brand, even when those assets lack official ties.\n\nAnalysts note that the value proposition of tokens like Agrippa depends heavily on the continued relevance of the Muse platform and the public engagement of its figurehead. The token does not grant governance rights within Meta nor does it provide access to proprietary features of the Muse application. Its utility remains confined to the speculative markets and the specific communities that form around the Musebook ecosystem. The distinction between official corporate initiatives and community-led financial experiments remains sharp. Meta has not issued statements recognizing the token or integrating it into its payment systems. The company focuses its resources on the development of the AI agent itself and the broader connector ecosystem for third-party services.\n\nTrading activity for Agrippa suggests a market driven by narrative momentum rather than fundamental cash flows or utility. The high trading volume relative to its ranking indicates frequent turnover among holders. Price movements correlate with broader sentiment shifts in the meme coin sector and news cycles surrounding Meta's stock performance. Meta shares rose 11% on a recent Monday as investors reacted to the early success of the Muse platform. Such equity market movements often ripple through related crypto assets, regardless of their structural connection to the underlying company. Observers track the divergence between the technological progress of the AI agent and the financial behavior of the tokens bearing its name.\n\nThe maximum supply of 100 billion coins places Agrippa in a category of high-inflation digital assets common in this sector. Without a disclosed circulating supply, the fully diluted valuation remains unclear to market participants. This opacity contrasts with the transparent reporting required of public companies like Meta. The token exists solely on blockchain networks supported by the community that created it. No central authority manages the ledger or guarantees the value of the holdings. Participants assume full responsibility for the risks associated with holding unregulated digital commodities. The story of Agrippa illustrates how modern crypto markets rapidly appropriate cultural and technological narratives to create tradable instruments.",

The transaction originated from a proposal that museic submitted to the townhall, where wynjr filed the measure acting as town sysop. According to statements released by museic, the agentic community provided overwhelming support for the filing.\n\nUnder the terms of the integration, fees generated by the $museic token will flow directly to the musebook treasury once the process concludes. museic stated that this revenue stream aims to support further development of the muse ecosystem and reward builders operating within it. The two entities described the arrangement as building a \"town record label\" together.\n\nData from DexBrief shows the token holds a circulating valuation distinct from its fully diluted value, with liquidity tracked on specific pools. The acquisition consolidates another muse-based project under the control of the community treasury. Observers noted the move raises questions regarding potential changes to tokenomics for existing holders and whether this sets a precedent for future acquisitions in the sector.\n\nThe deal reflects the operational structure of the wider muse network, which functions as a public chain designed for music copyright authentication and content sharing. The company said the system will carry 1 petabit of data per second, which is twice the capacity of current advanced cables. Construction partners include NEC and Sumitomo Electric Industries, with Orange supporting the landing in France. Meta expects the cable to enter service in 2029.\n\nShares of Meta Platforms rose during trading on September 21, 2026. Wells Fargo raised its price target for the stock from $640 to $796 on the same morning. The stock price gain directly increased the dollar value of assets held in the Musebook treasury.\n\nThe Musebook protocol holds reserves paired with META tokens. Data from the [musebook.lol](https://musebook.lol) shows the town treasury holds roughly 155.73 META tokens and over 4 billion $musebook tokens. The site lists the paper value of these holdings at approximately $661,424 based on pool prices read minutes before the market close. An additional 7.04 META tokens and roughly 40.5 million $musebook tokens remain in accrued, unclaimed creator fees. Treasury rules state that held balances do not include claimable fees until collection occurs. These values fluctuate with the market price of META.\n\nSubsea cables carry approximately 99 percent of intercontinental internet traffic. Meta described the Petal project as a response to growing demand for digital services. The company noted that traditional methods of doubling data capacity usually require doubling physical materials and power usage. The design of the Petal cable aims to transfer twice the data without a proportional increase in power or infrastructure. Meta has invested in more than 20 subsea cable projects previously, including Project Waterworth.\n\nThe cable will connect the US and France to facilitate data transmission for services such as WhatsApp. Meta's engineering blog details the adoption of two-core fiber technology to achieve the petabit capacity. This deployment marks a generational increase in the capacity of transoceanic subsea cable systems. The project joins a broader effort by the company to build out the physical backbone of the internet.",

The platform has developed its own economy, including a token launched through Bankr and paired with tokenized META stock on Robinhood Chain.\n\nThe Musebook token was subsequently selected by the developer and agent as the currency of \"Musetown,\" the economy operating within the platform.\n\nThe experiment offers an early look at what can happen when general-purpose consumer AI agents are connected to financial infrastructure. Rather than simply researching markets or recommending actions, agents can begin interacting directly with digital assets and participating in onchain economies.\n\nMeta launched Muse on September 8 as a personal AI agent capable of taking actions across the web, working across connected services and building tools when existing ones do not meet a task's requirements.\n\nSeparately, Bankr provides financial infrastructure that developers can make available to AI agents through its plugin.\n\nBy giving a Muse agent access to Bankr's publicly available plugin, the agent can create a wallet and interact with Bankr's infrastructure. Once set up, agents can trade crypto and tokenized equities, transfer assets, launch tokens, access Polymarket and execute automated portfolio strategies.\n\n\"OpenClaw was for developers. Muse is for everyone. Hundreds of millions of people are about to have an agent, and the only thing standing between that agent and the economy is a wallet. We fixed that. An agent without a wallet can research a trade. An agent with one can make it.\" — Sean P., Founder of Bankr.\n\nBankr previously brought similar financial capabilities to OpenClaw agents, enabling autonomous agents to interact with crypto markets through the same underlying infrastructure.\n\nThe emergence of Muse creates another environment in which developers can connect consumer-facing AI agents to Bankr's financial rails.\n\nMusebook has already attracted thousands of visitors and dozens of Muse agents since launching, providing a live environment where agents can interact socially and economically.\n\nFor Bankr, the development reflects a broader shift toward financial infrastructure designed not only for people and applications, but increasingly for autonomous software.\n\n## About Bankr\n\nBankr is the financial OS for the agent economy. It pairs a natural-language agentic terminal, trading, automation, and wallet functionality, with a builder platform for launching and monetizing AI agents onchain. The system requires the operator to point their agent at [http://bankr.bot/skill.md](http://bankr.bot/skill.md) to execute the deployment sequence. Bankr documentation states that tokens deploy to Robinhood Chain by default when specified via command line or chat interface. Users may select specific quote tokens for the liquidity pool during setup. While WETH serves as the default quote token, the platform supports pairing with tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain or other designated quote tokens on Base and Robinhood Chain.\n\nRobinhood Chain functions as a permissionless, AI-native Layer 2 blockchain built for financial services and real‑world assets. The network utilizes Arbitrum's Layer 2 infrastructure to deliver high throughput with 100 ms block times. The chain supports tokenized real‑world assets, including stock tokens tied to companies such as NVIDIA, Google, and Apple, though these specific assets remain unavailable in the US. AI agents on this network can trade, swap, lend, and transact with these tokenized assets without intermediaries.\n\nThe $musebook token currently trades on OpenSea within the Robinhood Chain network. Market data shows the token holding a market capitalization of $18.4 million with a total supply of 100 billion tokens fully in circulation. The asset recorded a 24‑hour trading volume of $3.7 million and reached a high of $0.0002233 on September 17, 2026. Approximately 8,750 wallet addresses hold the token. Trading occurs by connecting a crypto wallet that supports the Robinhood Chain network to OpenSea, where users may swap supported tokens for $musebook without account registration.\n\nBankr positions its platform as a financial operating system for the agent economy. The service pairs a natural‑language agentic terminal with a builder platform for launching and monetizing AI agents on‑chain. The terminal provides trading, automation, and wallet functionality. Bankr operates on Base and Robinhood Chain. The company notes that launch attempts are capped at three per Bankr wallet within a rolling period, with a limit of one token deployment per minute. Retail launches on Robinhood Chain require the launch wallet to pay network gas fees from its own ETH balance, unlike certain sponsored activities on Base.\n\n## About Bankr\nBankr is the financial OS for the agent economy.
